Has any one heard of this place approving you asking you to make a money order then after you have paid you move out your old house for them to never give u a key and give u back a money order made out to them so u can’t cash it???

I don't give nobody a money order before anything Plenty has asked me to do that and I won't those are scams

Daniela Dmendez this is an apartment complex with the housing authority of Tulare county can’t be a scam this was my sister it happen to we went and asked for a boss and the lady won’t give us name I’m trying to see if this a reoccurring issue or not I have already reported it to their hotline and am awaiting a response back from my report and will continue to try to get some answers thanks for the advice
