I purchased two mattresses in July of last year, and as of today, I have not received anything. I try calling and leave messages and they have never returned my call. I prepaid for two very expenses mattresses and as of now, indont even know I will ever see my mattresses or the money that I have paid. I'll I ask for is for them to return my call and for them to deliver what I have fairly purchased.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Took my disabled mother in law to get a mattress the sales reb joahnabea talked her in to a mattress out of her price range and then told her it would be 5 to 7 days for the mattress it took almost three weeks and I had to keep calling was told it wasn't in then I was told it had been There for a week so frustrating and abouslutly avoidable!!! Do Not SHOP HERE!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
