The service advisor updated me on progress as she knew.The only reason I am giving it four stars is due to the wait time. I had my appointment at 9:30 am and the car did not get released until 2:00 pm.

My wife and I came in to end our lease and find out what options we had, we dealt with Jeannie and she was very helpful. We decided to get a loan through our bank for a better APR and when I went back to get paperwork that the bank needed, I was told that they "didn't do that" anymore by Christopher. When I told him that we were told we COULD go through our bank by Jeannie, his response was "she doesn't know what she's talking about" and then he proceeded to call and have our account transferred to him for future dealings -- I thought that was very unprofessional and was not impressed. I was not given any options other than purchasing the car through Toyota and then going to my bank to get a loan to pay THEM off. It was double the work for the same result. My time was wasted and it was a very frustrating day. My bank actually looked into it further and recommended I call Toyota Financial and check on that information - I did just that and, come to find out, there actually WERE options. I got the paper work I needed from them and will no longer be dealing with Toyota. Their service department has always been helpful though and I want to thank Jeannie for giving us the ACTUAL information.
