Hello Charizma, https://www.sycamoresprings.com/accessibility/ The above page will list all of our accessibility accommodations on our property. We do have accessible rooms, as well as have an accessible hourly hot tub and pool both equipped with a lift. Definitely please let us know about any accessibility issues when you call so we can make sure to assist you and your mother with anything that you might need during your stay. Thank you!
Fairly accessible except the hourly rental tubs up on the hill. Very friendly staff is willing to help people with mobility limitations by using a golf cart. My mom used to go here weekly and she had mobility issues. Don't hesitate to call and make arrangements, staff is very willing to help :) Might want to take small cash for tips when the staff helps out :)
Most of the resort is accessible. Per their website: "The accessible accommodations include a one-bedroom king spa suite, a two-bedroom “petite spa suite,” and a standard mineral springs room. The one-bedroom king spa suite requires golf cart assistance." You can browse the rooms online, but it's best to call ahead to arrange accommodations.
I think yes for that question, however you should call them to make sure about it!
Yes they have some wheelchair type access tubs.
I've been many times. If you want to stay in the queen suites theres alot of stairs going up to the room. My wife has a hard time walking as well she had a hard time with the stairs. The King suites are a little far but they will give you a lift on the golf carts. But sometimes you may have to wait a little bit especially at night. The hourly Hot tub has 1 at ground level so I'd call ahead to request that tub.
