So just recently my family wanted to get a bigger trash can due to some family members moving in with us. When I called I was greeted by a woman named Crystal and she was very informative and made the process so easy to figure out how much of an upgrade we needed! I was asking a bunch of questions and she was very patient, kind, and took her time to really help me figure what would be the best option for us. Crystal is an absolutely amazing asset to the company!!! 10/10 recommend

I have had to call them 3 times since I moved up here in March of 2021 and every time I have received excellent and quick customer service, this last time I spoke with Raven and she was pleasant and professional. I am not sure what these other complaints are but they should try getting customer service from the companies down in Southern California. Thank you
