Changed our pick up day to friday....now when they forget to empty everyones garbage or green waste, you have to wait until monday to talk to someone and Tuesday to empty?

Cant get oil pick for 5 months, they keep leaving garbage and recycle in the trash can. I've called 4 time and was told each time they short handed and to do it myself

My recycle bin was not emptied out last Friday (all other bins were, except the blue). I called to report and they apologized and told me they would come next Friday, the regular pick up day. I told them it wasn’t acceptable as I have 5 more days of recyclable items accumulating in my kitchen and asked what can I do with them. She told me to put them in the blue bin on Friday. The blue bin is full! So, ok, then put them in a garbage bag next to the bin and they’ll pick them up. Next Friday.

just called to ask for a replacement green waste can as ours is very smelly. was told that SCSS no longer swaps out stinky trash cans, for free. this is too bad as I am a senior citizen and unable to wash it myself and cannot afford the charge. it might not have gotten so bad, but I notice the driver's aren't doing a very good job of ensuring that all the cans are completely empty, allowing for a build up of stuff in the bottom of the can and therefore creating bad smell. oh well.
