What do you mean when you say "real and natural"? This place pumps water from a mineral spring and uses it to fill fiberglass tubs. The nicer rooms across the highway have private hot tubs with jacuzzis. The water is heated by some mechanism similar to your standard home water heater. You can smell sulfur sometimes, but the better rooms have water with less of a smell. The hotel is really pleasant.

Lol. It is not camping. There's also avila hot springs(?) Very close, not as luxurious, no restaurant.
