The questions that are asked in Google maps are directed to individuals who have visited the venue, not the venue itself. For specific questions regarding move times, availability of reservations, technical support questions, or item inventory please contact the venue/company directly. That said, Apple has announced that replacement batteries for 6, 6s, and 7 models will only cost $29. I assume that doesn't include tax and I would recommend making an appointment to insure they have what you need in stock.
