I must admit as a new patient at Envision Southlake that the initial experience was like checking into a 5 Star luxury American hotel or one of the many fine hotels in Europe because the hospitality at this clinic was exceptional and empowering for my healthcare. In setting up the initial appointment over the phone the female associate was so helpful and patient in answering my many questions and was successful in setting up my first appointment that would work with my very busy schedule. Thank you so much. The technician that performed my scan was another world class experience in that she was professional and very personable making the procedure too short being over so quickly because I didn't want to leave. Her name is Katie and she is a winner in patient care. The clinic scans all parts of the body with Ultrasound, CT and MRI as well offering a very successful Mamogram clinic. The clinic facility is well designed, spacious and spotless for a very comfortable customer ambiance. Envision Imaging is about compassion and empathy for each and every patient and that is what I was so desperately searching for and the staff positively delivers what is promised. That is the Gold Standard of Medicine. Thank You one and all for your effort and it is truly appreciated for today and in the future.

The staff was kind, the wait was moderate. However, all they wanted was my money. It took weeks and multiple requests for them to get my previous records, which I had provided information on obtaining them before I ever went in for my scan. After telling me twice, I needed another scan, and pay more money, they got my previous records. All was good. Until 6 months later I received two letters, dated the same day. One asking me to schedule more scans immediately, (more money!) the second letter “scans normal, but you should schedule another appt with us” (more money). No Thank you. All they seem to be concerned with is my pocket book, not my health. Two stars for the staff, or it would have been zero.

Staff was very friendly, excellent customer service, competent, knowledgeable, provides patients with an optimal imaging. Explains procedures to patients and discusses concerns with patients and is very supportive facility and imaging equipment is superior!
