This was a terrible experience to say the least. I believe as the Assist Manager put "short staffed because school start back" you should put containment parameters policies up. So not only was this place filty, let not even talk about the bathroom with pee on the floor everywhere while people are wearing socks. I'm simply repulsed at how employees walked by these issues. Also experienced the go carts were ran poorly, Gentlemen whom attended used his discretion besides the system I was later told was supposed to be followed. Now to top it all off the Caotic environment caused/allowed a fight between two women to break out.... Sincerely disappointed after paying almost $150 to take my family to this establishment (WILL NOT BE RETURNING)

Clean, friendly staff, happy to be members! Went once and we were hooked!

This building is located in a city. It is full of air and trampolines

We have had a membership since right after this place opened. Today was the worst visit ever. Trash was everywhere, floor was wet, none of the staff cared about safety, only one staff was working at the cafeteria and four people were in the kitchen (chatting), but no pizza nor popcorn was ready. Any accident could happen anytime… we left within 30 minutes.

No, you may cancel any time after making your 12th payment, and at least 10 days before your next payment.
Wear something comfortable for the attractions. You can’t wear shoes and you’ll be required to have Urban Air socks which can be purchased on site.
The park is great for a wide range of ages. It’s even fun for adults. Be sure to check the height requirements for some of the bigger attractions. They’re not all appropriate for little kids.
Trampolines
Parents do need a membership to accompany their child in the park. Parent passes are a fraction of the cost of the full membership.
Yes, an Urban Air Endless Play Membership offers big savings, unlimited Urban Air Adventure Park visits, with extra fun included in member benefits like exclusive park discounts.
Gratuity is not included and can be provided directly to your host or at checkout per your discretion.
Urban Air birthday parties are stress-free for parents and kids of all ages love them. Birthday parties are easy to book online and are affordable.
You don’t need to bring anything (except the birthday boy or girl)! You may bring single-serve cupcakes or cookies, candles, and presents. All other items can be purchased through the park. Urban air does not allow outside food, drinks or coolers.
I am will over 20 and they let me do everything. Weight is more an issue than age
Each location varies. Bedford does not have them, for example.
They have a children's playground that is supposed to be 7 under
Yes
Our facility is over 30,000sqft with trampolines and premium attractions. Feel free to stop in and we can give you a tour. Hope to see you soon!
Hi Joanne, Southlake location will be opened during the week from 10-8pm. If the hours should change, the google calendar will be updated. Thanks for your question and we look forward to seeing you!
It really depends on how long you spend at each attraction. Maybe an hour to two hours
It starts at 13.99 per person
It's an event for 4th 5th and 6th graders on Friday nights for a special price.
No
Pricing varies, they have different pricing for the length of time the child/children's will be participating, and also if food will be included. My suggestion would be to give Urban a call for pricing per your need. Have a great day...
It has open days, you can call them, they're open most nights to public I think
We went during a father's day special. Make sure you keep your receipt. There was an error with a charge and short version is I kept getting the runaround until my bank investigation resulted in me getting my money back. Imagine the frustration of getting this resolved after you return back to your home state which is over from 15hrs away.
For jumping, warrior course and battle beam its $19.99 for 2.5 hours or $16.99 for 1.5 hours. Jumping only for an hour is $12.99. 5 year olds and under are $8.99 for 1.5 hours. (Pricing obtained from company website on 11/7/17)
When I visited, they charged by time. 1 hour is $13.99, 1.5 hours for kids 5 years and under is $8.99, for anyone over 5 it is $16.99, and 2.5 hours costs $19.99. If you jump with the two kids, it will be an additional $4.99 fee. Have fun!
