Came here end of September for a 6PM trail ride and honestly had an amazing time! The staff was very friendly and helpful, helmets were provided, and the trail ride through the woods and fields was lovely. Weather wasn’t too hot at all, the sun was going down, and there weren’t too many bugs in the woods. Navigating around the trees brought some challenge to the trail ride, and outside the trees it was beautiful to just see nature as far as your eye could see! Highly recommend this place for your first trail ride. Brought my friend visiting Texas for the first time here and she absolutely loved it so I recommend it for people new to Texas too!

Shondra and RJ (the owners) made our trail ride one we will never forget! They’re so friendly and awesome to visit with. We came to Fort Worth from Michigan and stumbled upon the ranch and booked a ride. So glad we did! We did the intermediate ride so we did a lil bit of walk and trot, stopped to water the horses and took some pictures and saw some wild life along the way. So awesome!

Hi, Lizzy! Any rider over the age of 7 can ride their own horse. Ages 4 to 6 would be required to ride with one of the female Wranglers.
They have a website, or you can call them. MarshallCreekRanch.com.
Hi, Simone! To reserve, you can contact their office by phone, and they can check availability on any day or time you are looking for!
They have larger horses which can hold over 215 lbs. I got on at 250+ and good old Thor held up great.

It is family friendly with experienced guides on a beautiful trail. Be sure to make reservations.
You would have to call to check.
There is a ride along for children 7 and under where a female wrangler will sit behind your child. I believe that is 65 per ride/riders. Where as you have the normal trail rides which cost 65 to 70$ per and each ride is around 2 hours each. They have private rides as well. You can choose the morning ride or the afternoon ride. Durning the summer I would recommend the afternoon rides due to the heat. Everyone is extreamly nice and respectful and they are willing to work with you if you need help. I work there now and I love it. It's not your everyday trail ranch. You have options to choose from. Like you can walk trot or lope. As a wrangler you can do what we call the wrangler rides where we go alongside the trails and we trim and have fun as a big family. No weight limit is used for the most part.
Only saw horses there.
The price is well worth it. Especially if you can ride by the lake. The owner is an awesome guide. They try to match you with the right horse based on size and experience.
