I came in trying to pay off an auto loan and was treated so unwelcome. They wouldn't even help me, just asked a bunch of unnecessary questions. Ended up just overnighting a cashiers check so I wouldn't have to go back.

I'm leaving this bank after this stimulus fiasco. I'm extremely disappointed I expected more. What happened? Check was sent on 4/15 but it looks like the account type was incorrect (I was okay with this) and they stated it required manual work to adjust the accounts correctly. I called them everyday from 4/15-4/17 asking for updates to the issue. They advised everyday that it is being worked on and will be done in a week. I called today 4/22 They advised that the check was sent back to the IRS and I will now have to wait for a mail check. Why am I upset? Throughout this while process I never received an email, call, sms, or internal messages in our online banking portal. Literally no communication and the fact that I called today to be informed of something completely different from what I was told was very upsetting. I expect more during a time like this. I'll be moving my business to another bank

By far the worse credit union i have ever delt with. I wish i could give it a 0, because even a 1 is to much credit. No one ever has an answer as to why anything happens. You are put on hold for hours and hours today is 4.20.2020 and i have now been on hold for 2 hours and 31 almost 32 mins.... from charging me $35 dollars fees for no reason other than their system issues. And holding $209 cash deposit for 5 days!. I will gladly give you back your $50 dollars for opening any account with you people. Soon as i can i will terminating this account. I would rather trust my money in the hands of a teenager in a shopping mall !!! Incase you are wondering YES I AM STILL ON HOLD

All Delta Community Branches are closed on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
To open an account with Delta Community, you will only need to be $5 in to a Savings Account. There is not a minimum deposit amount for Checking Accounts.
