I normally try to avoid negative reviews as I understand the difficulties in a business, but unfortunately I had to share my experience to help avoid pain for some. 1. Airpods right earbud would not work amber blinking 2. Appointment1: Made an appointment with Genius bar, diagnosis replace case, case ordered 3. Case picked up after 5 days, $60, charged & test as instructed in store, same issue, right earbud would not work again 4. Appointment2: Next diagnosis the right ear bud needs to be replaced costs $60 If they would have diagnosed properly initially, I would have known case, right bud will be $120 & bought a new pair. Now case was changed on first iteration & then came the bud diagnosis for $60 more. Their diagnostic software is buggy. It identifies each issue one by one like an onion peel, it is not comprehensive one shot diagnosis. 3 hour drive, 6 hours+$60, still not working right bud result, I did not replace bud with them. I really wish this apple store values the time of customers & understand their frustration. The manager did not seem to understand the flaws in their approach. They wouldn't accept a return of the replaced case either. Ideally they should test the pod with a different case/bud to confirm the software diagnosis. I believe this is what we can expect when we go for any service with this apple store. Hopefully they improve in future and be professional enough. Update: Apple senior tech support understood the issue & replaced the buds without charge & gave me an extra cable. Thank you apple for understanding

There’s a reason why Apple is as big as they are. They’re customer service is unmatched and everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Even on their most busy days the staff makes sure you are seen and set realistic expectations.

Call 1800 APL CARE and put an order on the battery than you just go to the store when you get an email saying your battery is in and leave for repair.

Get an Android phone. You can add additional 256 memory card for less than $20. Whatever you do please dont pay apple for more cloud service every month, because that's a real ripoff
Well I went there to have my Apple computer worked on and reset some things I imagine it was just for help I'm installing certain things on your computer they may possibly sell phones iPod stuff like that I didn't see a lot or any laying around for sale so I am not sure about that cash is cash but I don't know sorry hopefully this will be helpful
Using a computer you can upload photos to the computer and transfer them to the newer phone. You can also use the cloud to transfer photos, but make sure all of the Find My IPhone settings are on to ensure a transfer of all cloud items.

I would recommend it even if it isn't required just to make sure that they have them in stock and to minimize your wait.

That said, Apple has announced that replacement batteries for 6, 6s, and 7 models will only cost $29. I assume that doesn't include tax and I would recommend making an appointment to insure they have what you need in stock.
