If your bill doesn't show the date of the usage, then it's a late bill. They may be able to work with the late fees but not the actual tolls.
You call NTTA office to challenge the ticket
Check it online or take it to the NTTA office. They would help you
You can call NTTA customer care and they can tell you the extact date and toll you passed i do know they can do one time courtesys call and ask
