I have to pay a large ($1700) down payment for a pay plan so I can register my vehicle. Is there such a thing as a hard ship plan to ask for? Senior plan?. I am on a fixed income social security and will have to obtain a loan to pay the 1700.

No there is not any type of plan or other discounts to unblock your veh. Block only the payment arrangement quote they give you. So you would have to pay the downpayment in order to have your veh. Reg. Unblock Hope it works out for you.

Lease a vehicle. They give you a 2 yr sticker that will give you time to figure ut out. Attorneys might negotiate it fir you as well
