You can call them and let them know you are paying your bill.
Don't expect timely billing, go pay it in person. If their bill is late, as mine was by 12 months, they will charge $35 a month in late fees. I honestly think they do it on purpose.
Google NTTA near you, their office and phone number will appear. When you call them they direct you on how to pay instantly through your phone. I pay my NTTA bills through phone. GOD bless
They will bill you
No worries, they will send your bill by mail
They send the bill to the address on the vehicle registration. So, if you don't live at that address or have issues with your mail delivery, that's when you would get your bills late. If you call within 1-2 weeks of usage (with TX plates) they'll help with charges. Any out of state plates take longer to bill (at least a month) and again, based on vehicle registration address.
