Call 311 Ask for a care manager who will arrange for for a personal care person to come do her shopping among other things. The care manager will have to perform an assessment first.

Have you tried getting groceries delivered? Shipt, instacart or thru Amazon. All will deliver. And shift folks are fantastic and will bring them inside and everything!!
