I Keep Getting The Run Around. I’ve Been Calling Every Day To Renew My Case & I Walked Up There In The Rain. They Refuse To Assist Me Even Though I’m A Disabled Grandmother Who Qualify. The Pick Some Of The Most Lazy & Rude Caseworkers To Work There.

Your experience at this location honestly just depends on the worker you get to help fill out the paper worker . Mrs. Addams helped me with what’s goin on with my case and was super nice and professional with informing everything I need to know and do. However the lady sitting on right side of desk when you enter the building was being super unprofessional and very rude . I notice a older Hispanic gentleman in front on the line even decline to step with her and asked to go with Mrs. Adams.a My partner who came with me to work on his own case was next in line with the rude worker and she was rude to him as well, I stepped with him for a bit to help answer her questions because he was confused and didn’t understood her due to a language barrier and she was very unprofessional with the way she would speak to my partner. I felt super upset even trying to translate for my partner that I had to walk away from that side of the counter . If I’m giving this location any stars it’s because MRS.Addams was super helpful and gave me a no hassle in any of my questions or concerns I had.
