The only problem I have with this organization is the lack of communication. A patient that was dropped off at our clinic was left by the transportation service without a call (patient doesn’t have a phone even though the receptionist lied and said the driver called her) or even coming into the building to look for the patient. The patient is partially blind and an older woman. Very unprofessional of the service to leave this woman wandering.
