I am a veteran who works the graveyard shift...How would staying here effect me. Rules? Can sleep during the day? And is it a dorm room or a bay. Please provide all information that you have or that you think would be helpful...thanks

They are both correct except for one thing, go to the VA and have them send you here. The only way to enter the Veteran's program is to be put in by them.

You would sleep in a dorm with about 20 men. Yes you could work any shift and sleep during the day. You could speak with the VA rep. Her name is Jessica. She could answer any and all of your questions.

1.) Get with Jessica Wentz in the veterans program. Dont let them send you to general population because you'll either have yo pay to stay or you'll be required to stay in the program which means your first month you wont be allowed to work. Otherwise there is a 8pm curfew but if you are working you can get a pass while you are out.

Go to the VA... they will start you

You can go through the VA but you also can go to Dallas LIFE on your own if it's an emergency situation. Anyone can get a pass to sleep at daytime with a night shift job.
