Surrender them to the shelter in Shawnee, if that is where you live . Be better than letting them free, if you can't keep them, unless someone else took them for you.
Depending on where you are located, if your in OKC, take them to the shelter and go to the long process. Or you could just keep the dogs, and no go through the long process.
