Be sure to double check before adopting. We just did and the website said it was a male, but in fact it was a female. Also, we drove all the way to this location on a Tuesday which says open till 7pm. Arrived at 4pm and they were closed.

Always double check locations for holiday hours! I'd also double check animal availability before making any journeys.

You can check the website to see which animals are at the center for the day. You can also interact with the staff and ask all questions up front prior to your visit. We did not end up adopting through Humane Society but had a good visiting experience.

They were closed the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th for the holiday.

I have visited there a number of times at random hours. I've never been disappointed by them.
