$400 lot rent with an increase of $17 dollars per lot coming in January of 2019. Water is based on usage, and trash and recycling have a set rate. Our last bill was a total of $463 with everything figured in.

My grandma bought ours for 90,000,, or how much is the lot space rent, that depends on my water and ac and heater you use during the summer and winter and that also depends how often you water your grass
