I'm not part of the management team. I understand that they do not have space lots set up for RVS. you can always check with the ladies in the office, they are very friendly and helpful
$400 lot rent with an increase of $17 dollars per lot coming in January of 2019. Water is based on usage, and trash and recycling have a set rate. Our last bill was a total of $463 with everything figured in.

I am just a resident here..there are homes for sale both new and preowned..some the park owns some are for sale by the owner. They sell pretty fast. I have lived here for 10 years love where I live and I feel it is one of the best parks to live in
