Nice enough townhomes, but poorly thought out in some areas, such as heating. The HVAC systems doesn’t have a furnace, so for heating in the winter you only have the AC reversing valve/ “heat pump” which is super inefficient during the cold winters. Expect high power bills during the winter months. Combined with the inflated rent costs, it’s just not worth living here if you have the choice in most cases. Super friendly staff, they do a good job of getting work sorted as soon as possible, and they are very much on top of groundskeeping which is nice.

I've really enjoyed my time at stonesthrow. The leasing office workers Eva and Molly were helpful and friendly. They made moving very easy and they communicated with me throughout the process, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Great little neighborhood in a convenient place!

When I was looking for a place to call home I saw a sign on Fairview. I called and Eva gave me all the information I needed to view the Cottages online. It was an easy online application and before I knew it I found the perfect place. I have enjoyed the couple of months I have been in a nice quiet home. I have been here for 2 years now and I still love my cottage. The maintenance crew are all very friendly and if you have anything that needs repairing they will get it done in a timely manner. The customers service from the gals in the office has been great!!! Thank You!
