Will the RV bay accommodate a 40ft motorhome that's 12.5ft tall? I would like to clean the roof as well, would this be possible?

Yes dirty harrys can accommodate that. Its the best place in town to get it clean the first time without spending a fortune

The RV bay can accommodate a max height of 12'8". We have catwalks on either side, so you should be able to safely clean the roof as well.
