Trash internet that is legitimately, often, worse than dial-up. Overpriced, underperforming. Company likes to try pawning the blame onto you, and naturally, the internet miraculously starts working better once you're on the phone with them, and maybe even for the rest of the day if you're lucky. And then they throddle you back down to nothing so that they're basically stealing from you by not giving you the service you're paying for. Even when internet speed shows 20 or 30, you're often only really getting like 1 or two, if that. These people are extortionists.

Although speaking with customer is good, I cannot give them good marks as I pay for Internet service....customer service is a small part of the buisness as the only reason I should have to deal with them is when they are failing to provide actual service....which seems to be an issue....alot! But to leave because they are failing to maintain internet service per our contracted agreement will cost me....it should cost then! We have been no internet for over 4 days just this time! We have only been with them for a few months! We will NOT be renewing for sure!

I want to say that Pandora the night of Sunday the 15th may I believe it Is a totally amazing talented lady you definitely should pay her more to keep her We had a house fire a year ago and are still not back in our house we had some Internet problems and she was amazing thank you very much kudos to Pandora R
