The dirtiest location I have ever been to! Mold growing in the butter tray areas. Floors need scraped clean. Food is so good but this place needs a deep clean.

I could eat Cafe Zupas every day! The salads and soups are amazing. Great flavors and fresh ingredients! My favs are the Strawberry Harvest adams and Roasted Red Pepper soup!!

I've always loved Zupas since it first opened. It is a little pricey but I love the salads. Ever since covid happened though, I feel like the meridian one has gone down hill. I don't go too often but the last few times I've went the service was ok but the spot where you put you dirty plates was full! A big pile dishes and the garbage was full. All of their specialty juices were completely empty which was a bummer. They were also out of the mac n cheese and the service was very slow. I do understand that everyone is struggling to find workers these days and this last time was after a lunch rush. The time before that was close to dinner and again the garbage was full and dishes were full. I witnessed a worker walk over to it and just walk away. I'm not one to complain but it's just sad to see.
