Worst experience we've had with a travel agent. Everything started out great with the Agent actually talking to us and getting us some information and booked us on our cruise while she was on a cruise. The helpfulness pretty much died immediately after that point. We had questions about covid protocols, transportation, shuttles, etc and was met with short responses & half answers. We had room upgrades available and we had to contact her to see what they were! It felt the common response to many questions was only a referral for us to go to the cruise lines website and handle it ourselves. Kind of defeats the point of having a travel agent... We could have easily completed everything Cruisy Susie completed and in fact did when we had to cancel the cruise we booked through her. We rebooked our next cruise directly and saved a lot of hassle and frustration.

We'd never been to an all-inclusive resort, and Susie helped us select the one that was right for us. I love that the resort cost, upgrades, and flights were all wrapped up with into a bottom-line price that worked for our budget! She tracked Mexico's COVID-19 protocols and provided timely information for weeks prior to our trip, all the way up until departure.
