I have a dog that requires medication to live..one is every 8 hours and one is every 12 hours. It's easy as can be. One is a pill and goes right into a pill pocket. The other is 1ml of liquid that she takes like a champ. I noticed during a day trip that she wasn't taken off the floor at 3 (her medication time). I watched on the camper cams because it didn't seem like her medication had been touched when we dropped her off the previous week for the day. When we picked up the pups, we asked if they medicated her and they said yes. Later we called to inquire about boarding and we wanted to make sure someone would be there to medicate her at 11pm. They said no. We asked for a manager to speak to, the lady on the phone said she was a manager. She said that they close at 7 and they open at 7 and nobody is there at night - no exceptions. There is no way they could medicate my dog. I know they didn't medicate her when she was there for camp. I won't be taking my dogs there ever again. Plus it's way too loud and can't be good for their ears..it's a no-go.

So absolutely disappointed. I came prepared for an intro - first visit…with my complete file of vaccines only to be told WHEN I ARRIVED that Paxton needed an influenza vaccine and was turned away. What an inconvenience, poor communication. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Camp Bowwow has been phenomenal with our pups!!! We have had the staff watch our pups for several days at a time and have never worried or had any concerns! The Campbowwow staff are 100% invested in caring for their "clients" (pups)!
