After a TERRIBLE experience with Quantum Fiber (Century Link). I noticed CTC's sign in my new neighborhood. Instantly called them up and was never even put on hold. Penny, was extremely helpful with detailing the internet package I was interested in, got me scheduled for install within about 4 days. They gave me a specific delivery time (NOT a 2 hour window) and the installer arrived early! He was professional, nice and did a great job. I have now had the internet for about 3 weeks, with NO service issues. Very satisfied with CTC and their team. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service and very slow wireless internet even though we have been paying over 115 dollars/month to get the highest internet service they gave. However, the internet cannot even open a simple webpage. Very disappointed.

CTC is awesome! Not only are my phone & internet working GREAT, but everyone I have worked with at CTC has been top notch! They are very reponsive to any questions & dialing in to make my service function at its best. Bonus: Local Company!! So happy I finally gave in & got rid of CenturyLink.

The tech who did the install at our home, Mike, was not only very professional but hard working as well. There were some challenges with the install at our home due to some electrical wires and insulation in the wall where the cable needed to be pulled but Mike worked through the issues and got the job done. Additionally the internet speeds are lighting fast so it was a win win. I would definitely recommend CTC for anyone looking for fast internet with good service.
