Like Kathy, I've never had a problem there (only about 6 times though.) As a rule of thumb though if you do not see a member of the staff at a restaurant for 10 minutes, say something then and there as otherwise you have a reasonable chance of fading into the background as everyone will assume someone else has served you.

I have eaten there once, the service was excellent.
Worst Denny's ever! I'm never eating there again. Dirty and disgusting, aweful wait staff. The owner must not care at all.

I was also served a raw hamburger in October. The waitress and manager expressed great shock, but obviously nothing has changed, as they continue to serve undercooked food. They are going to make people sick!
Ever since they have had their remodel, service has gone down tremendously...
Went we went, we ordered hamburgers that came out raw. It was so nasty even the waitress and manager were shocked.
