Yes you do need an appointment but you can call the day of the doctor's visits. If they're not overbooked they'll squeeze you in
No but you need to be an Oregon resident to apply for the program. Either have Oregon ID or proof of residency such as a power bill or lease agreement

yes you would be turned away you must now be an Oregon resident or have an Oregon mailing address
We are not a dispensary. We are the medical office where you go to get your medical card (Oregon residents only)
