Update 12/14: I received a letter in the mail from the state dept of public health saying they received my blood work and have the results. They explained that Quest does not process these types of tests and send them out to a different lab. This made me realize that Quest customer support was incorrect in their statement that my blood and results were "lost." I wish I knew this info beforehand and that would have saved me alot of stress. I upped from 1 to 2 stars because I am grateful Quest accommodated me as a walk-in that day when they didn't have to. I am sooo upset with this site! I went in as a walk-in to complete time sensitive blood work for first trimester screening. I checked the Quest site first and saw they had an opening at 12:30 but the site wasn't working for scheduling, so I traveled there to see if I could be seen. Two other people were scheduled for 12:30, so I realized this explained the site issue. I asked if I could be seen because the site said 12:30 was available but I understood they were busy that day. I was told I could be seen so I signed in on the iPad at the entrance. The phlebotomist was not professional and said I couldn't be signed up for 12:30 & that I was being dishonest but that he would perform my blood work citing that he's being "a nice guy" by doing me this favor. He didn't speak during the rest of the apt except to verify how many weeks along I am in the pregnancy and to get my insurance card.. This occurred on 11/19 & I haven't received the test results nor has the claim gone through with insurance. I called Quest customer support and they informed me that my test was lost and they couldn't help me. Obviously this is beyond disappointing because the window of time is gone and I cannot go back to my first trimester for this invaluable screening. I strongly recommend avoiding this site.

Horrible place!! I was instructed to come here because they were the “only ones” taking walk-ins if it’s urgent. The facility was empty and technicians were just talking about what to do for the holidays. After they were done with their important conversation they asked me if i had an appt i said no that i was instructed to come here. the technician said that they were only seeing people with appt (which i understand). i said that’s fine I’m sorry i was just told to come here. As i was walking out he started giving me a lesson telling me that i was wrong for believing, that i was gonna be helped that day. I didn’t respond i just walked out but It is very rude for someone to do that specially if I’m not even debating about being seen. if it was someone fighting to be helped it’s a different story but i said sorry and i was leaving without making it difficult for them.

I have no issues with this quest diagnostic location they have been very helpful and the main thing you need to have is an appointment it is very important that you do so there is no wait time all my lab work has been done at this location and I have no issues
