literally the worst bank! They keep holding your checks for over a week every time. I get it if it’s a new account and you hold it for the 1st or 2nd time but a member that has been there for years and deposits the same checks should not be waiting weeks to receive the money. I’m a buisness owner and can’t run my business if I have to wait over a week every time. This is only Bank Of America. Do not use them. Get another bank! Their employees are like robots and just recite policy and don’t even try to help! Worst Bank! I’m definitely moving!

The slowest bank ever and the Wi-Fi randomly shuts down. No merchant line but I think that’s all Bof As now and they never answer the phone. The tellers are kind but again, not enough tellers and slower than molasses

Systematic failure with so much rubbish. Sooo disappointed! Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
