Joining this gym was easily one of the best decisions I made. I went here for almost a year before moving. The kickboxing classes are a great place to begin (coach Jon was great). Not as scary as you might expect, it’s a really easy-going atmosphere.

There are several age group classes at UFC, depending on what you're looking for.
They do. Couple different organizations have used the facility to do events
We start them at 6 and so far our most seasoned is 72!!
