Ordered quite a bit of food.. 2 items were for dine-in and the other 4 meals were to go. First meals came out great, the service was good and the bartender/waitress had a great personality for her position. Food was fast. Our to go order was bagged. I rang out, paid a really good tip and left. Got back to my hotel room and only 3 meals were in the bag, mine was missing. Called the restaurant immediately at LEAST 5x and nobody answered. Finally I got back into my truck and drove back to the restaurant. Walked in and explained my meal was never bagged with my order. The host went to kitchen while at the same time the bartender was walking by... I told her that my meal was never put in the bag. She says she actually never rang it in at all.. at the same time yet host returned. I guess the kitchen was now closed because they weren't willing to make my meal... The bartender apologized and offered me cheesecake.. I denied it because really, cheesecake wasnt my idea of a late dinner. I just walked out. So everyone in my family ate except me. Everything but fast food was closed so I definitely ended my night in a bad mood.

Some days the staff is really bad. The last time we were there only one waitress, she ran her butt off. One cook offered to help her but she didn't take him up on it. Go figure, two cooks one waitress and the manager was doing paper work. Not cool. I dont know how they get away with their poor service. My husband use to be an assistant manager ay Denny's in California and this would not be acceptable. Merry Christmas, everyone.

You may need to make it clear that you are in a hurry. I have never had trouble if I did I would ask for management.
Like Kathy, I've never had a problem there (only about 6 times though.) As a rule of thumb though if you do not see a member of the staff at a restaurant for 10 minutes, say something then and there as otherwise you have a reasonable chance of fading into the background as everyone will assume someone else has served you.
