You can use a prescription, credit card statement, bank statement, anything that has your name on it or you can use another picture ID that verifies your name and date of birth.
If you have an idea where you left it it is better to backtrack because that is how I located mine check with the hotel lobbies because they usually try to hold on to it. If that doesn't work I would definitely try to contact the police and check what the airport to see if there's any options
Go to the police they may help you with the report and give you some tip. I don't think that it will be the fist time that someone have the same problem there.
