Where in the airport is the tourist tax refund booth? May I be informed if my exit point from the USA is at LAX. Can I get my tax refund from Maccarren.?

Hi One Sicada, As you assume, your Tax refund paperwork should be done at last point of departure. You'd also need to show the item being 'exported' . So, in that case it could be at LV airport if the exported item is in the checked-in luggage. Not many public have knowledge of this 'refund of tax' - since they are US residents - also they never know about refunds they could get when they 'import' when on travels out of country. Now if curious people Google this, they will be enlightened!!. BTW, The place to declare and get paperwork stamped would be located only in the International terminals.
