I traveled last week on Delta and I could check my stroller and car seat for first. Luggage can depend on your status, but I was able to check a 70lb bag
It will largely depend on the airline as for the costs, but every airline I'm aware of will transport these items. When I have traveled, historically it has been free but it's hard to tell now because airlines are charging for everything now.
