The concierge at hotel will hold for you.
They will check your baggage in and hold it for you until room room is ready. You can also ask if there is a room ready at the time. They normally will let you check in early if the room is ready. However you will want them to hold them so you can go have fun eat walk the strip and do slots.
You can check it in with the bellhop at the front desk
