I'm pretty sure you can bring one carry-on luggage no bigger than 11" wide 22" tall 9" deep, and one other thing like a backpack. At least that was the case on my flight from Seattle to Las Vegas on Alaska Airlines.

I want to say you can bring as much as you like but check with your airlines who you are flying with for rates.
