Yes, each airline have a third party company to assist with that. When you check in at the ticket counter ask for a wheelchair. Even if you check in online still ask a agent for wheelchair assistance.

I have noticed elevators. Did not observe TSA accommodating wheelchairs. I had used terminal 3 for safety checks, the trains that take you to the concourses will accommodate wheelchairs.
