What is your grievance or appeal procedures to address your executive directors statement that I was, "86 from receiving any assistance that they are receiving donations and grants to serve people like me.
Is it appropriate for a executive director to tell a distraught client who I am sure you proclaim in your grant proposals that i AM 86'd-- 86 is a flipping the bird symbol. Means a person is F'ed in the A is what that expression means,
