Disappointing company to work for!!! Stay away! Firing pregnant women because they “can” with at-will agreements? How can you do that to your workers? Leave them with no income, no health insurance (COBRA is a complete $$$$$ joke), no way to take a maternity leave. The way they treat their employees should be illegal.

I cannot express how amazing my team was. My son has a speech delay and was in their program for about a year. Paola and Kathryn were amazing! Pamela and OT was fantastic as well!! I would recommend this program with these therapists a million times over. They always explained things in a clear manner and would work with me if something wasn’t working for us. I never had a poor experience throughout our entire time with them. They were the absolute best people to help us. We will miss you all dearly!!!

Very unprofessional. My daughter is 3 years old,she is in normal growth pace but can’t speak clear due to the cleft palate. We schedule a appointment for speech evaluation. It took an hour and the speech therapist still couldn’t get a score,he said he can’t understand Chinese,didn’t know what my daughter was saying. But I’m there translating during the whole time! I know it’s hard,but finally we finger out correct my daughter’s pronunciation is the point. He talked with me a lot and pretent to try to help us. But the next day,the office call me said that they can’t help me because the speech therapist can’t speak Chinese and they don’t have translator. I said he can just teach her in “English language “ way. And he said he didn’t know how to communicate with my daughter. And let me find a Chinese speech therapist or somewhere have translator. What???where can I find it?I’m so upset,I called my daughter’s pediatrician,she refer me to another speech therapist. the evaluation only took 20 mins,only need me to translate. The evaluation process very quickly and well!! You can see the difference!!!

I must say, what an amazing program for starters. The care may take a while to coordinate between all providers but it's great. They share notes so every individual provider is keen to all of your child's issues. The cost savings too! If you have private insurance I implore parents to look at this amazing program and providers. They bill your insurance but you'll never owe anything beyond billable costs to the insurance, nothing out of pocket. I really can't say enough good things about this organization or the people within it. My child in just six months has made leaps and bounds that will ultimately be life changing in their later years. Early treatment is best. Dont take "wait and see" as an answer if you suspect something is amiss. Your child needs you as their advocate and this program will work with you and take your concerns to heart.
