What are the dates for your clinic's
I have been at the Madison Heights location quite a few times to get chicken feed, seeds for my garden and other random things and I'm sure I've not seen that style hat there before. If you have your heart set on that style though I would suggest trying e-bay. You'll probably get the best price from e-bay as long as it's not an antique that was worn by a real Amish person.
