Yes they do. You just won't get as much. If you take some parts off of it and recycle them separately then you can get more money. For 1, the battery is separate money. If it has aluminum rims, that can be separate money. They will also come pick it up for you. But if you don't have a title then you probably won't get round bout $75 for it.
