The staff is outstanding. The rooms are average but clean. I believe it's the best place in auburn. Thunder valley is the only place that is nicer that I can think of besides that new place off of forest hill exit where the prices are astronomical.

Fairly clean, but the sound insulation is horrible and there were some very loud people staying close to us. The bathroom was very small and the fan light was so loud. Our curtains didn't close fully all the way so we had to set stuff on top of them otherwise we would have light shining into our room the entire night, and to prevent people seeing in.

Very nice and cozy rooms and amazing staff. Only stayed there for a few hours before resuming my road trip. The complimentary breakfast was good, nothing special to write about but it was definitely not continental which is a plus for some people.

Horrible service. I stayed at this hotel for approximately 3 1/2 months for work. My issue began around week 2. My key had to be reset every several days? My room is paid for. Then they cancel my room and throw my toiletries away twice. Yes twice, two days in a row. $ 45 easy worth of my stuff gone why? All i got was, Sorry & you can complete a complaint card! Really! Whatever happened to good customer service?
