No help. I wanted to buy an item, but nobody was available to assist. Door greeter/direction giver employee just sat on his chair at the front of the store. When I asked for help, he radioed for someone to help me, and when no one came, he remained perched on his his throne, rather than coming to help himself. Sad, stand around, lazy attitude. Past experiences have been better.

We've had to replace two of our phones recently. They were very knowledgeable as to the features each phone had. It made the experience much easier and trying to navigate online purchases.

Always have had a good experience here over the years. The store is always very clean, has what I need and very friendly/knowledgeable staff that always greet you with a smile. I do a-lot of in-store pick up and my order is always ready to go early and I really appreciate that living so far away.

I love this store because it is equivalent to all the chains I've visited in both Southern and Northern California, and Nevada. The store is well maintained and has the newest technology on every item needed. The sales people were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are equivalent to their other stores. Every item is guaranteed, so if you're unhappy with it, simply return it for a full refund or exchange if it's returned by the required timeframe.

They will deliver and set up if you order online and add set up to the cart. Mostly electronic and household items such as washer dryers etc.

Typically the power cable and HDMI cord. The HDMI cord is plenty fine for a 1080p HDTV but would recommend getting a better HDMI for 1440p or 4k resolution TV's

I don't think they work on those there. If you bought the geeksquad protection plan they typically replace it. When I worked there, they squeezed us hard enough so we'd sell them.
Their geek squad should be able to help you get everything transferred over. They have a lot of experience and provide a number of services.
They are not allowed to work on Apple computers. They have a contract with Apple to send it in to them.
There's lots that can be used in your case, but it's best buy somewhere else, lousy service at every best buy I have been to.
