Some do, some don't. Some are privately owned in the same building as the valencia ones. Valencia won't spray the private one, so of you don't have bugs, you'll get theirs.
I've been here 2 months and I've had about 2 or 3 of them but I told the office and they come every 2 weeks to spray.
